Our thought-forward, Big Data team is working on a number of data architecture and software-solution projects. You will join this high-caliber team as a Digital Transformation Architect who will work with our clients to implement software-based solutions to fit their needs.

About the Job:

This role will require you to work directly with clients to bring ideas and innovation to life, and build a clear vision for our client going forward. You will aid our clients in: transforming their data world, strategizing, designing, developing and implement operating models; and organizing constructs that enable our clients to change their overall market value.

You will also be accountable for helping drive and deliver new ideas with clients and lead teams to ensure client value. You’ll lead strategic engagements and teams that encompass a wide range of activities including assessments and roadmaps to provide recommendations and activate new ways of working with digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams to Develop new operating models and organizational structures for our clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance within and across marketing organizations..

  • Deliver value to clients by developing new and updated operating models, technical architecture, and training/communication plans that aid in clients' roll-out plans.

  • Gather and analyze information from our clients to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve integrated marketing performance and operations.

  • Develop roadmaps, outputs, and deliverables to ensure their market value improves.

  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategies and brand/campaign operations to develop and implement plans.

  • Participate in active engagements to aid clients to operate in new ways and make the most of their digital platforms such as Adobe.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of delivering Roadmap solutions to Higher Education/Corporate clients as they migrate to direct-response and/or data-driven solutions.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience consulting as a technology strategist or defining processes and organizational design solutions in a business environment

  • Proven ability to create Proof of Concept (POC) phased approaches.

  • Minimum 10 years of professional services in digital solutions that include solutions for Fortune 500 clients

  • Bachelor's degree (Or minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree)

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear and simple manner

  • SME in the challenges Higher Education Organizations face.

  • Experience leading and facilitating working sessions with both teams and leaders,

  • Experience architecting, implementing, and managing organizational change a plus

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing processes and ways of working that bring agility to teams, as well as rolling out new organizational capabilities.

  • Proven experience to deliver quality results and outputs per agreed timelines and plans

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn new things, innovate, and grow

  • Able to collaborate across disciplines, teams, and organizational lines

  • Understanding of CRM strategic concepts and service
