We are looking for a driven Paid Media Specialist, focused on search and display, who is ready to make a difference. The candidate will need to be proficient in multiple paid media channels, including advertising strategies, related tools/technologies, analysis, digital budget planning and optimization associated with revenue generating activities. The successful candidate will have had recent hands-on experience on end-to-end search (both paid and organic) and display advertising campaigns planning, execution thru to reporting across Google Ads, Bing, Adobe Ad Cloud (preferabbly) and Google Display Network.

You will manage the strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Fisher Healthcare division. This is a role that requires you to collaborate with key marketing leads, digital marketing specialists, portfolio managers and analysts from strategy to execution of digital campaigns to support business requirements - brand/product awareness, contact acquisition, lead generation, and driving ecommerce revenue.

This role requires a digital marketer who can evangelize and educate others in our marketing and sales organization about digital channels as well as collaborate with a team of hardworking professionals from strategy through execution.

To be successful in this capacity, the candidate for this role needs to be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment and collaborating with large teams across the company. The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a vision for the future of paid media and marketing, and passionate about delivering results while continuously improving customer centricity and experience within our digital channels.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute campaigns thru search and display including Google Ads, Bing and Google Display Network via native platform and/or Adobe Advertising Cloud

  • Collaborate with cross-functional owners to develop an SEO strategy to grow to increase organic search visibility, ranking and ultimately revenue

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help find opportunities to optimize paid search and display campaigns

  • Use data to advance paid media strategies, media budget planning, track and report campaign and channel effectiveness, uncover relevant insights, and identify channel optimization opportunities to ensure the highest possible return on advertising spends.

  • Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in the digital marketing and paid media space.

  • Educate sales and marketing teams on digital marketing

  • Influence and educate team members and the wider marketing organization to adopt and deploy new and emerging digital marketing campaigns and technologies

  • Experience in the following is not required but will be highly regarded.

  • Google AdWords / Managing SEM campaigns

  • Adobe Advertising Cloud / Other DSP

  • Adobe Audience Manager / Other DMP

  • Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics / Power BI

Metrics:

  • Consistent tracking and analysis of digital campaign performance

  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting of campaign performance and insights.

  • All campaigns executed on time and on strategy, and within allocated budget.

How will you get here?

Education:

  • BA/BS required, preferably in Marketing, Technical field, or equivalent

Experience :

  • 5 years minimum experience with the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated ability in B2C or B2B customer-centric digital marketing, advertising or eCommerce preferred

  • Execution of paid media marketing strategies across multiple digital advertising channels

  • Experience in Google Ads/Bing and GDN / DSP or similar platforms

  • Proven understanding of DMP management, including 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data preferred

  • Knowledge of relevant platforms and technology products

  • Proven track record of creating, optimizing, and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to operate effectively both independently and within a team

  • Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate meaningful data and insights

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management, interpersonal, planning, and prioritization skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and budgets

  • Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to efficiently operate independently

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization

  • Great teammate with a positive demeanor who is prepared to go above and beyond to accomplish business objectives
