Key Project

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager (Content Syndication, Display, ABM ), who is ready to pull the sleeves and join a global team who executes hundreds of digital innovative demand generation campaigns.

This is a global role, but deeper knowledge or Field experience with AMER or EMEA regions are a plus. It covers content syndication and display program, providing digital support to digital campaign managers which includes help with planning, executing, tracking, monitoring, reporting and improving ways to optimize the global program.

The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with various media agencies and key stakeholders in the organization to drive qualified leads along the customer journey and contribute to VMware business goals.

About this Role

  • Manage, improve and optimize the digital content syndication program

  • Drive high volume qualifying leads, with low CPR through demand generation innovative campaigns

  • Manage the digital agency, coordinate briefing planning and lead weekly meetings

  • Create tracking for various campaigns on Salesforce and other tracking tools

  • Review landing pages, approve creative and copy

  • Demonstrate data and analytic skills to optimize our digital efforts and provide learnings

  • Create bi-weekly and quarterly analytics reports, with deep analysis and recommendations

  • Collaborate with multiple external digital agencies, global digital leads team the field and other digital channels owners

  • Participate in innovative projects that will bring better qualified leads from digital campaigns (AQL)

  • Budget management, request Statement of Work (SOW), submit POs, ensure early budget engagement

Desired Skills

  • Experience in executing digital Marketing demand gen campaigns and understanding KPIs and KPMs

  • Knowledge in media placement and retargeting, has experience with paid media or working with media publishers

  • Manage Integrated lead management platform

  • Ability to think strategically but flawless in execution, attention to detail and organization

  • Analytics capabilities, Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools, including MS Office, One Drive, Excel highly preferred and CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau)

  • Knowledge in Marketing tools like Pathfactory, Folloze or similar tools

  • Experience in managing media agencies

  • Innovative and creative, thinks outside the box

  • Strong communication skills (verbally and written), ability to present ideas well in meetings and convey plans

  • Good team player, collaborating with several different marketing teams across the organization and outside the company (Media agencies)

  • Can balance multiple projects at once with multiple stakeholders

  • Enjoy and thrive in a dynamic fast pace environment

  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities
