Wayfair Digital Content Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>Digital Content Manager, Specialty Retail Brands</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our ambition is to build the world’s largest online specialty retailers with our Specialty Retail Brands - </span><a href="https://www.allmodern.com/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">AllModern</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, </span><a href="https://www.birchlane.com/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Birch Lane</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, </span><a href="https://www.jossandmain.com/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Joss &amp; Main</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. The market opportunity is large ($60B TAM) and we are well on our way. These brands are incremental to Wayfair LLC and provide a tightly curated assortment of highly stylish and elevated quality products for the style-obsessed specialty customer.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop a content calendar to support all channels (.com, social, email, direct mail, retail stores &amp; catalog).&nbsp; Collaborate to create a cohesive product marketing strategy to support merchandising priorities and business objectives</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee calendar strategy and execution.&nbsp; Own gathering the content inputs from appropriate cross-functional partners + resources: merchandising priorities, product trend forecasts, competitor trends/content strategies, customer insights, current/future macro trends and internal hindsight data.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Brand Creative, Imagery Creative) to gain alignment on the seasonal vision for product/trend stories, content strategy and creative execution.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with marketing and brand strategy to ensure we’re driving a consistent seasonal message across the appropriate channels.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Share key product and content messages with cross-functional stakeholders (PR, SEO, etc..) to gain additional exposure.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support coordination of influencer/brand partnerships</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with Digital Merchandising manager on creative testing roadmap.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Input tickets for creative content</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee Curated Merchandising function (team of 1), responsible for driving content and product merchandising for print catalog, curated site experiences and physical retail.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years of experience working in e-commerce, retail, fashion, or beauty.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated balance of being highly analytical and originally creative</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Innovative problem-solving skills - break down complex ideas and generate insights and solutions</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong verbal and written skills including distilling data into compelling, insight-led presentations&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Entrepreneurial-minded individual, who has been successful operating in a dynamic, fast paced, ambiguous environment&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical, excellent communicator and strong organizational skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in content generation and/or editorial is a plus.&nbsp;</span></li>
