Job Description:

This position will be part of the Digital Sales & Client Engagement team within the Digital Retail CDE organization. The position will be responsible for digital sales performance for consumer credit card. Primary responsibilities include:

1) Regularly maintaining key forecasting models to project digital card sales,

2) Reporting on digital card sales performance and key quality metrics including presenting results/findings to leadership during business reviews,

3) Using data and expertise to identify areas of opportunities (both tactical and strategic) to optimize sales performance and improve customer experience, and

4) Building/supporting key documentation on the overall sales strategy and business goals for digital card sales.

This position routinely partners with the Digital Card Sales Strategy Lead on the team as well as Finance, Product, Marketing, and Analytics partners. Candidate must have strong analytical and data manipulation skills, and be comfortable with presenting results to senior leaders.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience with data analytics and/or forecasting models

  • Strong data aggregation and manipulation skills, high Excel usage

  • Ability to connect data and analysis to strategies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with development of executive level strategy presentations

Desired Skills:

  • Digital channel and/or card product experience
