AWS Marketplace is fundamentally changing how customers securely discover, try, subscribe to, and use third-party software, data, and services in the cloud. The AWS Marketplace Marketing team serves as the lead strategic and executional arm to facilitate customer-obsessed experiences across the buyer lifecycle by understanding, acquiring, nurturing, and retaining customers.
We seek a Digital Channel, Marketing Manager who will provide vision and management of marketing-owned elements across all digital channels, including email, blog, web, paid social media, organic social media, and landing pages. This role will focus on three key dimensions: 1) evaluating content and determining opportunity areas to better meet customer needs, 2) conducting engagement and conversion rate optimization tests to improve channel performance, and 3) increasing discoverability through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) improvements and strategic content distribution.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing omni-channel marketing programs to drive awareness, consideration, engagement, and retention through the customer lifecycle. This includes creating and publishing content across various digital platforms (experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, and social media management tools preferred). We are seeking a strategic builder with proven success overseeing agencies and multiple programs simultaneously, who has a track record of not only executing digital strategies but also leading A/B tests to better understand customer preferences. The ability to integrate historical engagement data and voice of customer insights to optimize channel performance and create new initiatives that meet both customer and business objectives is crucial.
The Digital Channel, Marketing Manager will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Customer Experience teams to drive omni-channel alignment across all digital touchpoints. This role will also collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure brand alignment and test messaging optimization, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to leverage content best practices and technical enhancements cohesively to improve the overall digital experience. You'll be joining a collaborative and driven team that is shaping the future of B2B e-commerce. We obsess over our customers, support each other, and get things done.
Key job responsibilities
•Develop and implement a cohesive content and optimization strategy across all digital channels (email, blog, web, paid/organuc social media, and landing pages) aimed at meeting brand awareness, discoverability, consideration, engagement, subscription, and retention goals.
•Analyze performance of digital channels and identify areas of opportunity to develop and optimize content to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
•Lead aspects of digital production, from planning to publishing/optimization across multiple platforms.
•Serve as a digital marketing expert, with a deep understanding of various platform functionalities (Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, social media management tools, etc.).
•Implement and continuously improve best practices for SEO to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to create required assets/content for all digital channels.
•Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share digital channel learning's and recommend future feature developments.
•Track and synthesize engagement data across all digital channels, creating comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for team stakeholders. Develop insights and action plans accordingly.
•Balance project priorities and goals across stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive approach to digital channel strategy and execution.
•Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to improve channel performance.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
