We are a B2B ECommerce home care startup headquartered in downtown Boston that has been established and growing for over 8 years! This is an amazing time to join our company as we are rapidly expanding our marketing and sales teams as we have added more than 400 new customers in the past year. We are actively seeing a Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute lead generation strategies and digital marketing programs to drive revenue and brand awareness in order to increase customer acquisition in a massive way.
This is an awesome opportunity for someone who has B2B demand/lead generation digital marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role within a startup environment. You must have proven hands-on experience in creating and implementing marketing growth strategies in a B2B environment to be considered for this position.

What You Will Be Doing
Here are some of the daily responsibilities you will have in this role:
Drive subscriber acquisition and growth through performance marketing
Establish vision and strategy to drive and grow our demand generation and marketing team
Must be able to make the necessary data-driven decisions for building and scaling qualified leads and a strong sales pipeline
Create multi-channel acquisition programs integrating display, SEM, paid social, email, mobile, trade show/conferences, webinars, blogs, referral partners and affiliate marketing
You must be able to effectively lead the team but also be a hands-on member of the team and contribute in a huge way
Track and report critical performance metrics to always be optimizing performance
Manage budget towards predetermined goals and targets
What You Need for this Position
Here are the most important qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
More than 3 years of B2B digital marketing and demand generation experience
More than 1 year of leadership experience (preferably in B2B ECommerce environment)
Hands-on experience with creating and implementing successful campaigns
SEM, PPC, campaign management, Google AdWords, Hubspot or other CRM, DSPs
