Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 2 Data Operations Analysts to join a leading independent asset management firm out of Boston, MA. This Data Operations Analyst will be joining the Data Operations Team responsible for collecting and analyzing data to help improve efficiency and processes within the organization. It is crucial that they ensure accurate data collection, processing, and reporting on a day-to-day basis. This resource will oversee financial systems and software to maintain data integrity and compliance, where they will collaborate with various teams in order to provide valuable insights. They must have great experience within Data Lineage in order to track and visualize how data moves, from its source to its consumption, and all the transformations it undergoes along the way. It is crucial that this resource has data expertise form an Operational Perspective and knows how to configure data within infrastructure.This will be a Hybrid position onsite in Boston 2-3 days a week. Compensation is a range of $40-$55/hr based on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years working as a Data Operational Analyst/Data Expertise from an operational perspective

* Experience configuring Data Within Infrastructure

* Strong understanding of SQL

* Experience with any Data Management System

* Experience going through an organization and Cataloguing Data

* Strong experience with Data Lineage and Data Testing/Validating

* Experience within the Investment Industry and domain knowledge

* Skilled with Microsoft Excell

* Great communication and strong analytical skills - Experience within Asset Management null
