GRM Document Management Customer Service Representative in Boston, Massachusetts

Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: $14 per Hr. -$16 per Hr.

GRM Information Management Services, a leader in the Document Management Industry is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our Stoughton, Ma. office.

Job Description

  • Handle incoming phone calls at the customer service desk.

  • Generate and track daily work orders.

  • Schedule and coordinate customer pickups and deliveries.

  • Respond to client questions or issues.

  • Interact with Operations and Account Management to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with monthly billing process

  • Process account payable invoices

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel.

  • Knowledge of O’Neil Software a plus.
