Location: Boston, MA, US Location: Remote (US) Job Description Are you an experienced customer marketer with a passion for creative thinking? LogMeIn is looking for a seasoned Customer Marketing Manager to develop, launch, and grow our Customer Ambassador Program for one of our marquee products. In this role, you will work directly with our customers to highlight their stories and experiences through a variety of marketing channels, all while providing an engaging and valuable exclusive experience for our advocates. This is a high-profile position with the opportunity to significantly and positively impact our company's strategic goals and vision for 2021. Responsibilities Build out an advocacy program that aligns to the strategic imperatives of upsell/cross-sell pipeline development as well as marketing and PR/communication priorities. Develop a scalable process to successfully identifying and nurturing customer advocates. Establish new ways to drive members into the Ambassador Program and remain active participants. Deliver an incredible experience within the program that delivers a valuable experience for our ambassadors. Provide exclusive content, networking opportunities, and experiences to our advocates. Work cross-functionally and serve as a conduit between advocacy and internal stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, customer success, and public relations. Educate and align throughout our organization to promote the Customer Ambassador Program internally. Align with the advocacy content team to produce relevant participants for customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and reviews that will elevate the voice of the customer. Partner with the customer marketing advocacy team to develop KPIs and measure impact, efficacy, and ROI of the program. Requirements 5+ years of customer marketing experience The ability to develop relationships and build rapport with customers Exceptionally strong writing skills Strong attention to detail, with a holistic view on how your day-to-day tactics ladder up to a larger, company-level strategy Proven ability to project manage with proven success and the metrics to back it up BA/BS required The ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced, dynamic environment Experience within a SaaS software/tech company preferred Experience with Influitive a plus
