Red River Customer Experience Fellowship in Boston, Massachusetts
Red River is seeking a Customer Experience Fellow to join our team. This person will assist staff in providing support to operational support resources on the CX Engagement team and take on the customer support needs for digital customers, as well as potentially others. This person will be focused on supporting these and other groups while bringing to Business Intelligence (BI) Biz OPS automation opportunities.
Primary Position Tasks:
Provide data collection and analysis for Executive Business Reviews and compliance
Reoccurring customer monthly reporting
Maintain the customer portals and subscriptions for managed services customers
Maintenance of SharePoint and Standard Operating Processes
Certifications as required
Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
Must be a Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission Participant or Hiring Our Heroes Participant
Associates and /or Bachelors’ degree in a business administration, computer science, engineering or other technical degree or equivalent experience.
Previous customer server experience.
Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be able to work productively and autonomously without significant assistance; must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize within a high volume/time sensitive environment.
Solid verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong customer services/satisfaction ethic.
Team player; capacity for working effectively in team-based environments.
History of ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customer contacts, colleagues, and team leadership.
Technical acumen: ability to learn new technologies quickly and them leverage to gained knowledge.
To demonstrate a desire to improve breadth and depth of technical skills along with customer facing and documentation skills.
Demonstrate strong communications skills and a willingness to learn new IT related tasks and functions.
Essential Elements (Mental, Physical; Equipment used):
Exceed customer satisfaction by maintain an on-going awareness of the customer base and ensure delivery against contractual obligations.
Desk Position: This position is an office position that required remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.
