WWRACE’s mission is to provide the knowledge and skills to empower successful customer business outcomes. The Technical Content Solutions (TCS) branch of WWRACE creates formal content for internal and external technical enablement. This includes an expansive portfolio of instructor-led, self-paced, and on-demand curriculum.

Job Description: The Curriculum Development Project Manager is responsible for providing full project management support for ILT, eLearning, On Demand and internal training courses. Experience with IT Content Development, Learning Management Systems, and Curriculum Lifecycle Management preferred.
Key focus areas include:
Engage with the Technical Content Solutions Dev Managers to assist with project scoping and project launch.
Manage the content development and delivery projects end-to-end for various business units and products.
Manage all communications with content development and review teams, triage and resolve issues as they arise.
Facilitate cross-team project meetings to review projects and status; realign training strategy with business goals as needed.
Liaise with Learning Systems Support Teams and Editing/Publications Team to ensure on-time course publications.
Communicate and set targeted resolution time frame to business users and TCS team members.
Manage multiple project teams simultaneously as there will be multiple courses in development at any given time.
BS/BA or equivalent degree.
5+ years’ experience in Program & Project Management, Vendor Management, and Training & Delivery Management, preferably with demonstrated experience managing various content development projects for an IT company. Experience with Waterfall, SCRUM, and Agile project management.
3+ years’ experience in learning management systems administration (LMS), training operations support or any other related field in human resource development.
Positive, customer-service attitude and the ability to work in a multicultural environment, including working flexible hours aligning to EMEA and USA hours as needed.
Ability to think critically and make recommendations.
Experience in a support environment: support process, escalation protocol, and adherence to SLAs (service level agreements).
Experience with identifying improvement opportunities, defining and implementing new processes.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment that is detailed oriented, highly organized with strong problem solving, business analysis, communication and presentation skills.
High proficiency: MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Learning Management Systems; MS Project required.
Highly preferred but not required: MS SharePoint, MS Project/MS Project Online, and PowerBI.
