The CRM Manager will work with our Core CRM team to manage, develop and enhance our global CRM.
Must have the following level of expertise:
Partner with Business Leadership & Stakeholders to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
Manage consulting and vendor relationships
Coordinate integrations into the Salesforce platform
Develop, maintain, and drive forward a prioritized development roadmap
Bachelor's degree or coursework in computer science, business management, marketing, communications or a related field
6+ years' experience in Salesforce CRM Management position overseeing Salesforce Administrators & Developers and implementations
5+ years' experience with vendor management
Excellent communication skills & ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder conversations
Strong experience integrating external systems and applications into Salesforce
Strong experience in data management
Not required but extremely helpful: Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, SAP
