IQVIA Consultant, Regulatory Science & Strategy in Boston, Massachusetts
As a Consultant in the Regulatory Science and Strategy practice, the candidate will ensure on-time delivery of project objectives which includes creation and management of client ready deliverables, project management, stakeholder management and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Projects include advisory consulting on regulatory strategy and rationalizing use of real word evidence for regulatory decision-making for life sciences clients. These projects can be stand-alone or a component of a larger project.
This role will also provide regulatory and real world evidence expertise across the life sciences product lifecycle to help clients incorporate real world evidence for regulatory decision-making into their business processes, and identify potential new business opportunities and assists with the sales process.
Provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to client solutions for GXP-regulated pharmaceutical and device-related industries. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions.
Leverages business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions.
Conducts primary and secondary research, and analyzes research to identify key findings and learnings.
Creates sections of reports, presentations, workshops and other client deliverables, under general guidance from experienced team leaders.
Communicates findings and Â recommendations.Â
Assists with business development and proposals, as required.
Works independently or as part of a team, with responsibility for managing client-facing projects.
Performs qualitative analysis to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables.
Develops broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences Required; Masters Degree Preferred
3-5 years relevant experience required
Prior experience or avid interest in the healthcare and life science industries.
Experience and knowledge of real world evidence and real world data preferred.
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
Project management experience.
Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
A willingness and ability to travel (approximately 10-20%).
