We are currently looking for a Community Engagement Lead .

Position Overview :

This position will work enrich and enhance how SitusAMC communications and connect with employees, alumni, prospective employees, and social media followers to position SitusAMC as an innovative, trusted leader, and choice employers. This role will partner with Human Resources, business leaders to develop engagement strategies that elevate key initiatives.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Partner with marketing, HR, and business leaders to design and implement a comprehensive global community engagement strategy that brings our brand, offering and employer brand to life

  • Partner with HR to continually evolve our narrative as an employer of choice, using storytelling across various mediums (video, articles, podcasts, newsletters, etc.) and channels (intranet, email, social, etc.) to bring the employee experience to life inside and outside the firm

  • Own employee communications, serving as the go-to partner to craft and distribute key communications

  • Manage monthly employee newsletter to keep our people up-to-date on the programs, cultural events, and employee engagement initiatives happening across our company

  • Partner with HR to develop communications plans and materials for company-wide HR initiatives (e.g., Employee Surveys, rewards and recognition, CSR, performance review cycle, benefits open enrollment, HR policy changes & enhancements, etc.)

  • Guide and manage the SitusAMC intranet, working with various stakeholders to refine our strategy and platforms, develop a content roadmap, establish governance rules, manage ongoing updates, and track engagement

  • Plan and execute consistent company town halls, to ensure every employee understands where the company is and where we are going and what it means for them

  • Develop and maintain a robust employee communication calendar

  • Elevate our presence on social media, working with marketing partners and resources to refine our strategy, lead the ideation, creation and execution of campaigns and content, and measure results

  • Enhance how we engage with audiences on social to create a robust two way communication stream

  • Set rules of engagement and coordinate rapid response / issue management with legal and HR teams

  • Develop and maintain a robust social media calendar

  • Consistently analyze processes and best practices to ensure our social activity is efficient, effective, cutting-edge and compliant

  • Partner with our digital team to develop dashboards to monitor social media and track brand engagement and reputation

  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor market dynamics, competitors, and strategic audiences.

  • Partner with our marketing leads to develop social strategies to support brand, business, and content opportunities

  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3-5 years’ of experience leading employee communications preferred

  • 3-5 years’ experience leading social media programs

  • Track record of delivering creative programs with high-quality results

  • Strong understanding of content strategy and management a plus

  • Experience leading social media community management

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with strong editorial judgment and impeccable attention to detail

  • Passion for the digital media landscape with a focus on trends and how to apply them

  • Proactive, team player, critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving
