Asset Management is an industry currently challenged by market, regulatory and client pressures, and asset managers must be prepared for change in order to remain competitive.
The successful candidate will design and implement targeted marketing programs that encompass all elements of integrated marketing and communications, including thought leadership, blogs, sales enablement, client case studies, events, and digital and social media marketing to support the growth of our practice. He/she will also work with various business and marketing teams to effectively track and optimize implemented programs to build the most effective engagement with our clients in all phases of the marketing journey. Key Objectives:
Design and execute a targeted marketing program for our Asset Management practice, mainly in North America, working with business and marketing leadership Help to further position Accenture`s Asset Management practice as a leading player in the North American market for the entire breath of our services using an issue-based, content-led and digitally enabled marketing framework Use digital and social channels to enhance client perception of our unique capabilities and differentiation from our competitors in a noisy space Execute relationship-building activities, organize industry event participation and leverage existing industry platforms Develop and help execute sales-driven marketing programs using traditional and digital techniques Track effectively the ongoing success of the developed and running marketing programs and suggest adjustments where needed Manage suppliers of marketing services (internal and external) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the overall marketing effort Key Responsibilities:
Effectively use Accenture marketing best practices to engage its clients and targets Provide advice and guidance to marketers and business leads on the creation of targeted programs based on differentiated content, raising the quality and consistency of our programs Design and deliver marketing programs and technical solutions, maximizing the use and effectiveness of Accenture’s platforms, tools and preferred agencies Assess and monitor performance against marketing objectives, metrics and budgets Ensure that all global marketing and social media policies and procedures are followed
4-year degree or equivalent Minimum 10 years marketing / marketing communications experience, preferably in professional services, asset management, financial services or related field Knowledge and skills requirements
Deep knowledge of content driven, integrated marketing programs Proven experience in general (and digital) marketing campaign strategy, program planning and implementation Skilled at managing resources to effectively achieve marketing goals, including budgets, internal resources and third-party suppliers Proven experience in delivering marketing programs, tracking and reporting results, including the ability to review reports, interpret data and identify trends that will assist in further targeting appropriate go-to-market activities Professional Skills:
Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously Adept at stakeholder management and relationship building within a large, matrixed organization Ability to generate and apply marketing concepts in a North American Asset Management specific context and help shape key messages to fit the needs of different target groups / segments and delivery channels Strong teaming and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functional and geographic groups Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture.
