Hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Boston, MA (Please look over posting thoroughly before applying)

This role is a 6-month contract to hire with a great opportunity to be brought on as a permanent employee after the contract period.

Pay is: $20-22/hr. based off of experience.

MULTIPLE SHIFT OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Must Haves:

• Previous call center/customer service experience is a MAJOR plus

• Experience handling a high volume of phone calls

• Flexibility in schedule and availability to work multiple days (during the week and one weekend day)

• Near perfect attendance for this role as you are servicing multiple clinics and hospitals

Description:

• Since we are a 24/7 call center, we do not have set shifts. Instead, we have a window that allows us some flexibility when scheduling.

• Schedules are made typically 3-4 weeks in advance, so they always know what they are working.

• All shifts require working every Saturday or Sunday.

• Servicing patient calls and entering information into a computer system

• Triaging calls for patients to appropriate personnel
