Responsibilities

  • Coordination across multiple teams – technical delivery, Product Groups, global business teams, etc. to move technical feedback forward through a complex system

  • Managing technical feedback process and aligning the correct resources to help build the technical story and ensure the feedback is routed properly

  • Maintain communications rhythm through multiple avenues – Teams channels, field newsletters, business reviews (content and presentation), as well as 1:1 or 1:many live trainings/updates.

  • Provide thought leadership with the field and the HQ LT team on how to drive product improvement through customer advocacy

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of program, project, or product management experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of our Security product portfolio across at least 2 areas – Azure Security, Compliance, Identity and Endpoint Management

  • Familiarity with AzureDevOps and Power Automate

  • Global, cross group collaboration, including influencing without authority

  • Proven ability to map the customer’s business process and needs to product capability and solution areas.

  • Ability to Influence key executives and stakeholders across the organization, not limited to Industry, engineering, product, partner, and technical delivery teams, etc.

  • Creative problem solver with the ability to align various stakeholders on common goal for customers Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management, etc.)

  • Client-facing solutions delivery experience is preferred
