  • Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

  • Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

  • Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point- of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

  • People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience

  • 5+ years of experience leading large scale digital banking projects

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of, and proven success in roles managing client consultations related to, assisting clients in the implementation and support of technical solutions and improving business processes, which includes the following:

  • Understanding various application-based solutions in one or more specific modules, as well as the common Industry issues facing clients

  • Sourcing and leading proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities

  • Consulting, designing, implementing, and leading large sized teams (onshore and offshore)

  • Demonstrates proven abilities to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, which includes whitepapers, studies and client briefings.

  • Experience with large full lifecycle implementations within the Banking/Securities Industry

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other)

  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities-must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friend language

  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams

  • Ability to influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm

  • Travel up to 60% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).

Preferred

  • Experience with any of our FinTech vendors (Finxact, Savana, Feedzai, Jumio, Camunda, OutSystems, Marqeta)
