This individual is responsible for supporting the execution of the awards program for EPAM, which includes:

• Project manager on key award application responses

• Searching out and responding to industry awards

• Tracking year-over-year award results

• Promoting results internally within EPAM and externally through social media

What You’ll Do

  • Develop internal communications/reports for leadership

  • Awareness and tracking of award publication timelines

  • Facilitate the timely completion of all relevant award and survey applications

  • Supporting the collaboration and communication with various internal entities including leadership from marketing, the business and growth & strategy to collaborate on award responses

  • Provide insight on what helps drive leadership positioning and differentiation from competitors

  • Lead process and communication for client case study applications

  • Support in developing and executing a proactive awards plan against agreed-to objectives (jointly by the global marketing team and the competency center & business managing directors)

  • Close collaboration with global marketing communications team to promote award wins externally

  • Manage all aspects of award advertising packages

  • Manage all aspects of ceremony attendance and promotion

  • Ensure no material, non-public information around EPAM's business is made available to vendors and external parties; ensure proper non-disclosure agreements are in place when necessary, during award applications


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or business development

  • Superior project management skills

  • Strong written and verbal executive communications skills

  • C1/C2 English speaker and writer

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Professional Skills:

  • Executive presence

  • Flexible multi-tasker and team player given our highly collaborative matrixed global organization

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
