We are seeking a Customer Success Lead to work with an amazing team on customer-centric focus projects to deliver measured business value and drive solution and retention.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Develop and nurture exceptional relationships with customers
Proactively identify unmet client needs and solution product and service configuration to address w/ quality
Collaborate with customers to achieve specific data and analytic business objectives
Monitor product solution usage in a customer environment
Drive customer outcomes, adoption, and customer experience
Gather feedback from customers for continual process, service, and product improvements
Triage customer issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate
Promote training and education services to ensure successful customer onboarding and readiness
Manage and optimize new client onboarding and ongoing program management
Make changes and additions to websites as requested by the client on an enterprise level
Provide feedback to management on the efficiency of the customer success and support process
5+ years as a customer advocate to drive customer renewal and retention
Ability to work with the clients and develop the relationships
Exceptional executive level communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
Strong client interfacing and client relationship building
Strong to Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong technical acumen, with proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues presented
Ability to serve as a business partner and trusted advisor
Digital marketing or experience in a SaaS organization required
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD annual
