We are hiring an Associate Program Marketing Manager aligned to our Test IO brand who will be part of a networked global marketing team that supports business development, brand building and industry conversation. Collaborating closely across the leadership, consulting and marketing teams, the Associate Program Marketing Manager will support the go-to-market launch of our testing brand, Test IO.

The ideal candidate will be technically fluent and creative, with exceptional project management and writing skills. They will collaborate with stakeholders on building a go-to-market plan aligned to business goals. Successful candidates will balance strategic planning with a willingness to roll up their sleeves to execute again a plan.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend strategies to position the Test IO brand for growth

  • Manage and optimize lead management processes

  • Create and manage campaigns, generating MQLs

  • Understand the successes (and failures) of marketing campaigns

  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to position differentiated offerings

  • Research, analyze and report out on the competitive landscape

  • Nurture relationships with industry associations

  • Organize promotional events and activities

  • Develop internal communications strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, program marketing, or brand marketing

  • Curious learner, especially for new technologies and industry shifts

  • Experience in B2B services is required

  • Strong organizational skills, able to keep many moving pieces coordinated

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting and experience presenting to a variety of audiences (executive to peer)

  • Transition fluidly from strategy planning through execution

  • Communicate exceptionally through words, pictures and stories

  • Comfortable ghost writing for and providing editorial feedback to internal SMEs

  • Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred
