Associate Manager, US eCommerce Content & Activation
The Associate Manager, US eCommerce Content & Activation is a key position within the US eCommerce Category Team. You will be tasked with implementing digital onsite content strategy and leading activation planning for key campaigns and categories, helping drive the full price business for US eCommerce. This person needs to be strategic, collaborative, analytical and have a passion for product and driving sales. You will be responsible for updating and communicating changes to the US eCommerce activation calendar. You will cross-functionally partner with all relevant marketing functions while developing the activation strategy in line with busines priorities. You will also drive additive digital content creation by briefing in the internal Creative Team, and you will collaborate closely with the Operations Team to implement content updates on site. Additionally, you will support the Digital Squad leads on execution of select activations for US eCommerce.
Manage implementation and execution of onsite digital content in alignment to the US full price business strategy, partnering with the Operations Team to apply the content changes to the site
Coordinate with performance marketing channel owners to secure support for campaigns
Create and drive content and copy briefs as needed to Creative team
Communicate changes to activation calendar to relevant stakeholders
Partner closely with Digital Merchandising and Master Data to ensure seamless launches
Identify activation opportunities based on trends to optimize and maximize product performance
Partner with User Experience Team on content testing and personalization
Support holistic full price activation strategy from Squads
Report on performance of each activation, applying key learnings to future activations
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of eCommerce category management
Strong knowledge of digital brand commerce
Strong collaborator with the ability to take a project from concept through to execution
Great management and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Great communications skills, both verbal and written
Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
2+ years related experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including MS Access and working with systems/application and content management systems preferred.
Previous experience with eCommerce business preferred.
