JPMorgan Chase Associate I - ETF Operations in Boston, Massachusetts

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the settlement of Primary and Secondary Market ETF order and trading activity

  • Building relationships with J.P. Morgan's ETF Clients and Internal Service Partners

  • Research client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activities

  • Work through settlement discrepancies with brokers in the US and across the world

  • Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics

  • Manage incoming/outgoing collateral on ETF orders

  • Perform failed trade reporting and resolutions as necessary

  • Management of incoming cash components of ETF orders

  • Support new business initiatives for the department


  • Essential Skills and Criteria:

  • Adaptability to a fast paced, consistently changing environment

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and client service skills

  • Strong problem solving and trouble shooting ability

  • Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner

  • Ability to react to high pressure situations in a professional manner

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to identify control risk issues

  • Basic securities knowledge helpful

  • Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills

  • Self-starter with strong initiative

  • Results/detail oriented

  • Experience:

  • 1-4 years previous experience in Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Education:

  • Bachelors' Degree - Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field
