We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Healthcare Provider (HCP) Marketing in the US Oncology business. This position will lead the Health Care Provider marketing and scientific strategy/execution for the US Hematology portfolio with the current indications for our immuno-oncology product and also build a strong foundation for the future assets. The position will report to the Tumor Lead in the US Oncology Marketing for Hematology.
This position will require outstanding leadership in many different areas including strategic planning, counter-competition, execution excellence, digital promotion, and cross-functional/ agencies collaboration.
Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
Lead the Health Care Provider marketing and scientific strategy/ tactics to maximize opportunity for the company immuno-oncology products' current indications
Build a strong foundation for the future hematology portfolio with new assets
Partner with market research, Competitive Intelligence and analytics team to generate key insights and further enhance the Health Care Provider strategy and execution plan
Monitor, analyze, and synthesize key market dynamics in the rapidly evolving landscape
Develop counter-competitive strategies/ plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies
Marketing point to partner with Digital Promotions team to develop new assets and innovative digital strategy, and engagement plans
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to prioritize work and facilitate internal resource trade-offs as needed, e.g. budget, review time
Escalate issues that represent significant barriers to execution and/or business impact
Challenge status quo and gain sponsorship/ support within the company to address gaps.

Education Requirement:
Required: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master's degree (MBA/MS)
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Core marketing experience including strategy development, tactical execution, performance tracking, and competitive planning
Hematology/ Oncology experience
Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities
Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams and multiple agency partners
Requires up to 20% travel, including some weekends
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Launch experience with new indications/ products
Direct customer experience (sales, sales leadership, etc.)
Test-and-learn mindset to drive a culture of innovation
