WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
USA Job Family Description: Researches, develops and implements competitive pricing programs and/or banking products and services for various lines of business to appropriately price based on risk, deposit, or credit goals while maintaining profitability. Continuously monitors the market and competitor strategies to ensure pricing is in line to provide consumers and/or clients a fair price while maintaining market share and/or deposit levels. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the pricing strategy changes from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards.
USA Job Function Description: Researches, develops and implements competitive banking products and services for the consumer, small business and corporate markets to maximize profits. Translates technological advances and consumer needs into usable and marketable products. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Provides end-to-end user experience, including direct customer research and interaction.
Works with the development team and product managers to groom user stories, and testing for adherence to design.
Examines the ways that users experience products and services
Ensures consistency in branding guidelines across multiple brand identities to allow for optimal interaction by users.
Develops subject matter expertise in all aspects of the functionality of assigned digital platforms.
Performs vendor management functions

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in banking, payments, cards, or product management required.
Work Experience:
Related experience., 9+ years (Req)
Skills and Abilities:
Very strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communication.
Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Ability of using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Attention to detail, being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
Demonstrated innovation, creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking.
