KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Communications to join our Communications organization.
Learn and understand the business and its strategy, including the day-to-day experience of Partners and Professionals, the impact of changing market dynamics, including ESG, blockchain, crypto and cyber security, technological innovation and key audit quality initiatives
Engage leaders across the firm to develop and execute omni-channel internal communications campaigns tied closely to business priorities; directly counsel and coach leaders on messaging, delivery and approach on a range of issues and platforms
Combine quantitative data-driven insights and creative thinking to maximize engagement with internal communications, working with video, live call, podcast and design platforms
Work closely with the full team to connect internal and external communications, elevating differentiated internal narratives externally, while bringing external trends, topics and communications to life internally; leverage strong project and people management skills to streamline internal communications, driving efficiency and quality throughout all our work
Build strategic relationships with Communications counterparts and internal support teams across the firm to ensure consistent narrative and elevate awareness for key initiatives
Triage communication questions and/or tasks across the appropriate stakeholder
Minimum eight years of experience working in Communications, with industry knowledge and agency experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business from an accredited college/university or related field
Strong track record of developing successful strategies and content for multiple communications channels; comfortable working with senior leaders
Exceptional writing and project management skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to thrive, multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Collaborator and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment
