KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Curriculum Development to join our Business School organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members with translating business strategy into learning requirements, roadmaps and lifecycle recommendations for assigned portfolio of learning programs

  • Contribute to developing programs that will encompass core leadership, business and technical competencies to enable KPMG professionals to better understand the marketplace and address client needs

  • Support assigned tasks around program implementation support, learning path maintenance and related change management activities

  • Maintain project plans and design documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of Learning & Development experience preferred; preferably in a large, enterprise environment within a professional services firm

  • Bachelor's degree required with focus in Human Resources, Applied Psychology or Learning Strategies preferred

  • Proficient in technology tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project/Clarizen)

  • Ability to effectively support team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors; excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management and influence, performance consulting methodologies, performance improvement and measurement skills a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines & milestones and communicate status while also being attentive to details
