Michael Page International Inc. Assistant Project Manager - Residential Construction in Boston, Massachusetts


As the Assistant Project Manager you will:

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in coordination and management of project tasks & deliverables.

  • Overseeing change orders, RFIs, and other project compliance.

  • Assist with estimating and tracking project progress.

  • Spend 40% of time in the office & 60% of time in the field (given specific project needs).

The successful Assistant Project Manager will have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Construction (ideally residential).

  • Bachelor's degree (construction-related field preferred).

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills- both written & verbal.

Our client is a reputable high-end residential builder in the city of Boston. Predominately winning luxurious custom remodeling projects in Downtown Boston & Boston's immediate suburbs, with a project value range of $500K to $5M+.

The Residential Assistant Project Manager will receive:

  • Base salary between $70-$85K.
