Manulife Analyst, US Strategy & Transformation in Boston, Massachusetts

This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key contributor to John Hancock’s long-term strategy and vision by driving the US Segment Strategy forward. By providing timely data and insights to stakeholders and delivering advisory services to senior management, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our strategic objectives. Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive the US Segment Strategy with direct accountability to the Head of US Strategy & Transformation.

  • Provide timely data and insights to stakeholders to support the acceleration of strategic objectives.

  • Deliver comprehensive, forward-looking advisory services to senior management.

  • Maintain an effective monitoring framework and process to ensure successful strategy execution.

  • Collaborate with Business Unit Strategy teams and support internal and external strategic communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Quantified years of experience with tools/software/etc.

  • Advanced degree in business or equivalent.

  • Licenses if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong financial services business acumen in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of large-scale transformation strategic plans.

  • Ability to set, manage, and work to the expectations of stakeholders.

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,325.00 USD - $155,385.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
