We partner across the Marketing + Communications organization to be integrated and transparent, and embrace a culture of smart, strategic work. The Accenture Advertising and Social Media team is part of the Brand team, tasked with producing great creative work – from the idea to the execution – and implementing paid media and social campaigns around the world. You are passionate about advertising and social media and know how to identify and champion great creative work. A true collaborator with a go-getter attitude, you are able to wrangle people and align local/regional leadership, business stakeholders, agency partners and other advertising and brand colleagues to work toward a single brand strategy tailored to local business needs. You have a strong understanding of the social media landscape—especially the B2B space— and are someone who “walks the walk” when it comes to using social media, understanding the differences between social media networks and how to use each platform most effectively.
The role focus on creating best in class paid social media campaigns that revere innovation and creativity. Partner with agencies and paid media teams around the world to deliver messages to our key audiences in the most appropriate social channels. Operating as part of a seamless, global collective of advertising and social media experts, you’ll report into one global team of social experts representing different parts of the company—as well as partner with teams such as Advertising, Digital and Data & Analytics—on initiatives, share content and learnings, and facilitate other collaborative efforts that drive us all forward. You will collaborate with local marketing teams on the most effective way to use paid social media to support each country’s priority agenda. You will also use your social media expertise to provide support, as needed, to various industry social media leads.
Day-to-day management of Accenture’s paid social activities–ensuring deliverables are QA'ed and presented on time.
Monitor and support agency team’s paid social execution across social media partners
Manage the global QA process for all paid social posts
Serve as the point-person for asset, process, and all other campaign questions
Meet regularly with media agency and social network partners to maintain the latest information on updates and best practices
Identify opportunities for improvement among all geos running paid social campaigns
Communicates daily with internal stakeholders and agency
Partner with the Corporate organic social media team to ensure clear communication and sharing of global paid social assets
Optimize copy to adhere to social media channel best practices
Liaise with the data & analytics team to ensure proper tracking & reporting across campaigns
Schedule & publish organic social media content in support of industry social leads as needed
3+ years of hands-on experience in Advertising and Social Media or similar field.
Knowledge of, and passion for Advertising and Social Media with the ability to execute and implement multi-faceted campaigns.
Project management experience
Strong business acumen, ideally within a professional services organization.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with and direct external agencies
Experience with Sprinklr is a plus
Proficiency in English
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
