CVS Health Account Manager (MA) in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

The Account Manager will develop strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for existing customers in assigned business segments, products and geographies. He/She develops a mutually rewarding working relationship with various client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention. This person will follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution, offers creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs, monitors on an on-going basis client's product lines and services to ensure client's needs are being met. He/She will execute tactical components of the account team’s business plan for each customer. Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure client’s needs. He/She Collaborates cross-functionally to identify, implement and monitor the customer’s service efficiencies, including performance guarantees and work with team members on case installation to manage the integration of client’s and Aetna’s internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation.Due to the business needs, this role can be WFH-Massachusetts.

Required Qualifications

-1-3+ years industry or customer service experience-Multi-functional experience-Medicare experience

Preferred Qualifications

Medicare Advantage experience highly preferredMedicaid experience is a plusInsurance license, as required by state law

Education

College degree or equivalent work experience
