Senior Account Manager

About the Role:

The Senior Account Manager at Prolifics willbe responsible forcultivating andmaintainingrobust client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requiresthebalanceofclient engagementandrevenue performanceto deliver exceptional results.

Driving Revenue :

  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities to expandservices tocurrentclients

  • Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Pre-sales, Finance, and Legal,to capture qualified opportunities and move them to closure

  • Manage all Prolifics opportunities in your portfolio, while maintainingaccurateforecasting and communication with management.

  • Sell across the entire Prolifics solution portfolio (Cloud, Data and AI, DevOps, Digital Transformation and Quality Assurance)

  • Build a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers’ business model.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and enhance relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring needs are met, fostering long-term partnerships

  • Use a data-driven approach to measure client satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the client experience

  • Leverage Prolifics' tools and resources to streamline customer relationship management andmaintainconfidentiality


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • 10+ years ofexperiencein an Account Managementcapacitywith a proventrack recordof growing accounts

  • 5+ years of experience working for a global IT consulting firm providing project-based services with both on-shore and off-shore delivery capabilities

  • Strong sales acumen withsignificant experiencein consultative selling

  • In-depth understanding ofthesales process andsalescycle for technical solutions; experienced in the drafting of an SOW

  • Experience managing acrossteams to addresstechnical, business, and staffing requirements of consulting engagements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively inbothteamand independentenvironments

Prolificsprovidesa reasonable range of compensation, but exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base salary100,000– 150,000USD per annum + uncapped commission structure

Work Environment:

The Senior AccountManagerwill be basedprimarilyin a remote/home office. Additionally, the positionrequirestravel up to 50%for client facing meetings and conferences, or occasionally attending strategic internal events.
