The Account Based Marketing Manager directs digital improvement initiatives and takes part in digital transformation efforts. Do you put customers first and have experience boosting online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices? Are you hoping to make a memorable impact? We are especially seeking candidates who have experience in copywriting, art direction, and social media with the ability to expand a brand's reach while increasing its loyalty and awareness. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Boston, Massachusetts area. (Hybrid on-site or full-remote but most be East Coast-based)

What you get to do every day

  • Grow, set up, devise, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; additionally spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions

  • Take care that the CRM plan is executed when expected and within budget

  • Process take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives

  • Work together with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to elevate the customer journey & experience

  • Prompt more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

  • Manage a skilled team of digital specialists and take the lead on the digital strategy

  • Dispense clear communications to the customer that are imperative to their needs and life stage

  • Guide weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

    Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience required

    • Noteworthy credentials in creating digital brands with strong ROI

    • Successful track record in vendor management

    • Past experience in management

  • Comprehensive knowledge of email marketing

    • Accomplished in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM

    • A varied combination of skill, management experience and initiative

    • Awareness of frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site

    • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)

    • Clever multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
