In this role, you work backwards from customer needs to understand how experiences on BJ’s Digital will continuously evolve in Post Purchase. You define product features and service processes, collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions, drive projects’ end-to-end, and deeply analyze the results. You use frequent experiments to validate your approach and establish your insights as best in class in the industry. Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Drive and manage innovative Digital Fulfillment and Post Purchase features that retain customers by leveraging your product expertise and analytical insights
Manage team of Product Managers and define product strategy for the Omni Fulfillment and Post Purchase pillar.
Proven track record of delivering large complex initiatives on time within allocated budget from soup to nuts.
Ability to work across multiple large initiatives at one time with internal and external partners to achieve measurable results
Not afraid to jump into the work and get your hands dirty – be able to thing big and deep
Experience with Omni Channel fulfillment processes and lead communication with operational partners to execute with precision
Identify and analyze metrics that measure operational efficiencies from product releases and customer satisfaction across the digital business
Work with designers to develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams for new features
Work alongside engineering, design and analytics teams to define, drive and deliver impactful results to support new digital fulfillment and post purchase features
Define and analyze key success metrics for your product area that measure the value and success of your products
Coordinate and manage tradeoffs between engineering and design to ensure timely releases while delivering impactful results to support business growth
Be intensely data-driven in prioritizing and evaluating the results of all work
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field
8+ years Product Management and/or business leadership experience, preferably with Digital Fulfillment and/or Post Purchase experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects that have been successfully delivered to customers
Direct experience with digital/omni fulfillment and / or post purchase product teams
Partner with product and UX teams to define KPIs, produce instrumentation requirements, to accelerate successful adoption of the experience insight and feedback tools
Define a 3-6-12 and two-year roadmap for the service
Drive prototyping and early ideation of new product features, capabilities
Be a thought leader and subject matter expert for customer interaction monitoring & insights
Strong data-driven analytical skills to back up assumptions and recommendations and to deliver exceptional user experiences
Self-driven with the ability to execute with minimal guidance; think strategically and execute tactically; attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
