PROJECT ADMINSTRATOR Aerodyne Research, Inc is seeking a detailed oriented, patient, and flexible Project Administrator to join our business team at our Billerica, MA headquarters! Summary: The Project Administrator works closely with project managers and center directors to ensure correct spending of projects, in-full, and not overbudget. This position performs a variety of accounting, administrative, and other functions as required in supporting projects and the business. This individual will work closely with project managers, department heads, and accounting. Responsibilities: Manage the entire project life cycle with project managers and department heads including managing budgets, creating new projects in NetSuite, and tracking overall project spending Create department-wide labor plans Review and approve timesheets based on labor plans Produce reports for payroll Ensure approval of expense reports & time off requests Collaborate with project managers and marketing on proposal budgets Train new employees on timesheet management Ensure projects/accounts are charged correctly Assist with yearly accounting audits Manage the Mobile Laboratory vehicle reporting and registration requirements Requirements: Bachelors degree is required 3 years of experience working with projects or similar environment Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail Collaborate and build good working relationships with management, center directors, and team members Ability to work in team environment and work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Excel Experience with NetSuite a plus About Aerodyne Research We are a small R&D company that specializes in measuring air quality, greenhouse gases, and atmospheric chemical processes.
