Responsibilities

• motivate, supervise, and evaluate the performance of production team

• establish productivity goals

• conduct performance reviews

• estimate costs and prepare budgets for existing and new product

• ensure output meets quality standards

Requirements:

• prior managerial experience of up to 20 employees

• excellent verbal and written communication skills

• understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

• EDS awareness

• Lean/5S proficiency and implementation experience
