Dunkin' Maintenance Technician in Billerica, Massachusetts
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee multiple locations in MA. The Majority of duties performed are not meant to be all inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned.
Ideally, a candidate should know restaurant equipment and working with refrigeration. A candidate should be organized with the ability to prioritize dispatched work orders.
Oversee multiple locations in, but not limited to Medford, Malden, Charlestown, Somerville, Stoneham, Burlington, and Billerica.
Oversee multiple locations to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
Maintain good relationships with Cafua Management employees, managers, and corporate staff
Satisfy all work orders and requests from the corporate office in a timely manner
Make repairs as necessary, even when not on dispatch sheet
Take on-call emergencies and weekend shifts when scheduled
Important - Compensation Information (Before Taxes)
Hourly Rate: $24.00 x 40 hours = $960.00
OT Rate: $36.00 X 5 hours = $180.00
Total Weekly Pay = $1140.00 (Hourly Rate + OT)
Additional Compensation: On-call Bonus of $150.00
Experience working restaurant equipment, as well as experience performing general maintenance of the building and repairs
Ability to read and interpret documents including but not limited to safety procedures and laws, operating instructions, safety and procedure manuals, and dispatched work orders
Ability to travel frequently through assign territory
Ability to solve practical problems in a variety of situations
