Inspector/Quality Control

Entegris has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Quality Inspector! This is a true temp to hire position! Entegris is a global. cutting edge microelectronics and Life Sciences organization with huge potential for growth!

The QA Product Release Technician will perform a sample audit on product scheduled to ship to verify conformance to specification requirements - lot paperwork, visual quality, test result acceptance, hardware, bagging, boxing and labeling. COA's will be generated and lot records scanned.


  1. Final Package Audit The auditor will review lot paperwork to verify all operations including lab results have been completed and accepted. A product sample will be randomly pulled from each production lot to verify the product is acceptable visually, bags are sealed appropriately, accessories are present, product/box/carton labels all match the work order BOM, and packaging has been completed properly.

  2. COA and eCOA Generation Standard Certificates of Analysis (COA?s) and electronic COAs (eCOA?s) must be accurately generated when required by the WO BOM. Data must be accessed from various databases, lot records and through camLine. eCOA?s must be transmitted to customers and electronic acceptance obtained prior to releasing the material, when required.

  3. Lot Record Scanning All lot records must be scanned into Papervision in a timely fashion. Some level of preparation is required before scanning.

  4. Back-up to QA Database Coordinator The auditor must learn to generate all reports and tasks performed by the QA Database Coordinator (e.g. Training DB and reports; QN receipt, task generation, reports, closures and material movements; Monthly Quality Report; TQCN?s; and Discrepant Material Cage accuracy)

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM


The job requires high attention to detail, confidence in decision making, and a willingness to drive resolution of issues in a timely fashion when encountered, and good communication skills. The candidate needs to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic production environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP are required. Some lifting is required (10 lbs).


High School




Candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
