Actalent Customer Support Representative in Billerica, Massachusetts
A top Medical Device company in the Greater Boston area is looking for a Customer Service/Admin Assistant/Office Assistant professional to help support their projects.
The contractor will be an expert for this companies products and participate in providing general support and assisting with a compliance project. The Product Support Temp will be logging feedback into the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and triaging technical inquiries onto the appropriate territory specialist.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Receiving incoming project inquiries.
· Documenting all interactions into the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System in compliance with departmental procedures as they relate to ISO and FDA regulatory requirements.
· Triaging all advanced technical inquiries onto the appropriate territory specialist for successful resolution.
