Company in Billerica is looking for a Customer Service Rep This is a full time position, 6 month temp role Principal contact for customer and sales agency communications regarding parts, pricing, orders, deliveries, services, product information and other inquiries. Interface directly with internal and external customers via telephone, fax and e-mail. Support the company's front desk operations on a regular schedule and as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate information to customers or sales agencies regarding parts availability, list pricing, shipment dates and tracking numbers comming from inbound calls. Support CFE (External Collections Company) on billing disputes. Maintain order entry and shipment/delivery accuracy in CRM system daily. Directly communicate information to customers or sales agencies regarding parts availability, shipment times. Proactively provide communication to customers on overdue items. Coordinate efforts to provide constant phone coverage with team members Create and distribute quotations through CRM system. Enter product and service orders and track and resolve rejections in the system with the Distribution Logistics Coordinator. Daily electronic filing of new customer set ups. Back fill the front desk operation as needed. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum A.S. degree or Business certificate a plus 1-3 years of Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with ability to learn quickly and respond accurately. Able to resolve problems through interaction with other departments. Able to handle steady volume of calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. Computer data entry experience. SAP order entry and CRM experience a plus If interested please email resume to
