Duties include, but are not limited to:
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be responsible for leadership, management, and execution of the internal and supplier audit programs. You will engage with cross functional stakeholders across the Company as well as 3rd party suppliers and partners in the support of our overall Quality Assurance Program. You will also be a key contributor to program and process improvement opportunities and will participate in customer and ISO audits.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Works with the Quality Assurance Management team to develop, implement, monitor and manage the company’s internal and supplier audit program.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other Quality Assurance team members
Collaborate with other organizations to participate in strategic Quality initiatives
Planning, performing, reporting, follow-up and closure of both internal Quality Management System audits and external supplier audits.
Audits performed will include cross-functional areas focusing on Quality System, operational and business processes requirements across multiple Sensitech facilities and multiple key suppliers globally.
Performs audits in alignment with current Quality Management System controls and performance monitoring elements to assess effectiveness and compliance to documented procedures and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Works closely with and provides assistance in training/oversight for current cross-functional volunteer or appointee internal audit teams at Sensitech’s four ISO certified facilities.
Interact with various levels of management and staff in conducting audits.
Performs unscheduled audits to access compliance in support of Non-conformance or unplanned deviation investigations as required.
Prepares reports based on the results of stated audits to be presented and shared with senior staff as necessary.
Ensure that audit records and documentation are current, accurate and in compliance with requirements. Maintains required Quality records and documentation for completed audits.
Communicate with suppliers and document audit results for quality improvement.
Identify process improvement opportunities that lead to product and service quality improvements, efficiencies, cost savings and/or revenue enhancement opportunities
Research, study, evaluate, and advise on all QA controls and procedures for further improvements.
Monitor suppliers’ performance to meet Sensitech quality standards.
Meet and maintain ISO9001 and Carrier Excellence standards
Assists and participates in customer and ISO audits as required.
Participates in process qualification for new product launch and support.
Provide monthly metrics and detailed reports to management as required.
Performs other related duties as required.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Certification as an ISO 9001 lead auditor from a nationally recognized quality organization.
Minimum 7 years experience auditing to ISO 9001 requirements.
Experience with regulatory auditing a plus (REACH, RoHS, etc.)
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent experience
Experience and knowledge of GxP, ISO 13485, and ISO 17025 requirements.
Experience within a high volume, low cost electronics manufacturing environment a plus.
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter; Highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment

Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and work with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills, especially MS Office

Experience working with remote and/or offshore teamsTRAVEL:30-40% Travel required
Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
Attend scheduled EH&S training program
Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
