  • Develop and maintain Financial Dashboard with all key metrics that will be communicated regularly to the executive team.

  • Report actuals and update forecast for all HQ departments

  • Develop standard set of reports to be used across the organization to ensure high level of quality and consistency of data.

  • Perform monthly financial analysis to compare Actuals to Forecast with detailed explanation to support monthly executive review.

  • Coordinate monthly reporting across IDEMIA I&S to ensure efficient and clear process for Forecast and budget.

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and management reports as requested by the leadership team.

  • Assist in the preparation of executive and board level presentations

  • Continuously improve FP&A's organizational efficiency and effectiveness by leading internal change initiatives as part of the FP&A team

  • Prepare training materials and support on-going process improvemements.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance, Accounting.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or FP&A

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced level PowerPoint presentation and Excel financial modeling capabilities.

  • Strong collaboration, ability to build strong relationships and lead cross functional deliverables & processes.

  • Attention to detail in the development and delivery of reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership

  • Results-oriented, high-energy self-starter with ability to manage in a dynamic environment to drive operational results.

  • Experience with corporate finance budgeting processes and forecasting

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience in a fast growth, technology company a plus
