As a member of our software development team, you will help solve problems critical to our national security in the areas of Command & Control (C2), Mission Planning, Space Warfare, and Force Protection. Key Functions: Design and build working prototypes to explore solutions to complex problems - Perform hands-on evaluations of software products, and new technologies, in order to assess their utility - Investigate and analyze software tools and practices for use in enterprise-scale multi-vendor systems Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - BS Degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, software engineering, mathematics). - Fluent in one or more high-level languages (e.g., Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, C++) - Experience with modern software methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) - Working knowledge of Source Control systems (Git and/or Subversion) - A desire to continually learn and master new technologies - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Must obtain a DoD Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud (e.g., Amazon Web Services) and/or RESTful architectures - Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Maven, Jenkins) - Experience with VMs and Containers (e.g., Docker)
