Description: Job Title: Manufacturing Customer Repair Coodinator Job Code: PSSC Job Location: 90 Nemco Way, Ayer MA 01432 Job Description: The successful candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver and enjoys interfacing with others while working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment that presents cutting-edge results to customers. You will possess experience working in domestic and international receiving and handling including maintenance and processing of return merchandise. Essential Functions: Handle the day-to-day receiving and processing activities for customer returned products. Track product returns throughout the repair cycle. Strong proficiency in customer service. Manage supplier relationships. Prepares purchase requests for the purchase of components based on repair evaluations. Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering as required. Support departmental goals and metrics Back up to the Group Lead for Repairs. Maintains a safe and clean work area at all times. Qualifications: Associates degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline with 3+years of prior relevant experience OR Bachelor?s degree in similar discipline with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Or Minimum High School Diploma with 4+years ofworking in a manufacturing and repair environment. Strong computer skills, experience with Office Applications (Outlook, Excel). Excellent Communication and Administrative Skills Ability to follow standard procedures. Familiarity with Lean Mfg. and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills. Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills, customer relationship building skills, and analytical skills. High level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
