Job Title: Director, Administration (Site Lead) Job ID: AS20211702-56782 Job Location: Ayer, MA Essential Functions: Optimizes business unit performance in terms of financial results and market share by developing strategic plans, establishing controls, setting policies and functional goals Develop and implement overall operational policies and practices which drive efficiencies and cost reductions across all functions/programs/product lines to meet company objectives and customer requirements Endorses Continuous Improvement practices by promoting Strategic Goal Deployment, Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma; directs appropriate training and mentoring to the organization to effectively deploy CI tools throughout the division Grows and maintains customer relationships to promote the overall interests of the company Develops a climate within the division to foster a high level of employee motivation, performance and commitment consistent with L3Harris business practices and ethics Recommends and develops acquisition targets, new products, and divestment recommendations; communicates recommendations to Division/Sector/Group, when appropriate, and establishes policies and guidelines to implement the resulting decisions Establishes the division as a good corporate citizen through contacts with community leaders and support of community activities to our mutual benefit Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of high-level leadership experience in General Management, Operations, Programs or Engineering with a technical defense contractor, accountable for leading and motivating a large and diverse workforce. Bachelor?s Degree in a technical or business discipline Preferred Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and, most importantly, promote collaboration among the team. Excellent analytical, time and operations management/execution, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills. Must be able to manage and direct cross-functional teams Must be results-oriented with a focus on performance, cost management and profitable bottom-line. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget.
