PDS Tech is seeking a Cutter-1st Shift for an open position in Ayer, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

• Accomplish organizational goals by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent.

• Ability to use all measuring calipers and tape measures

• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints

• Ability to differentiate between metals (cold roll and stainless steel, brass, aluminum, etc.)

• Experience using the proper RPMs and feed rates for each material type

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Experience in user-friendly saw programming systems a plus, but will train.
