Kelly Services Customer Service in Auburndale, Massachusetts

Kelly is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to support a national non-profit organization located in Newton, MA. These are temporary to hire opportunities!

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls, and responding to emails; research and resolve client issues

  • Maintaining database and processing payments

  • Contact clients and creditors for follow ups to proposals

In this role, you must have:

  • Basic computer skills and professional phone skills

  • 1 year experience in a Customer Service role

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Hours : M-F 9am - 5pm
