The Eastern Region is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to assist our eastern region branch offices in growing Modernization sales. This role has the flexibility to sit in any of our Eastern Region branch offices


The eSales Modernization Account Manager will be a centralized resource reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Modernization for the eastern region. Job responsibilities include:

  • Generating HydroAccel-XP eLog estimates and proposals for the branch service sales representatives. (Will also include RM-AC Geared in the future).

  • Develop Modernization Capital Planners for Otis customers (units or less).

  • Contact Otis Tier-3 Customers (3-Units of less) and help generated MOD Capital Planners.

  • Work closely with the Eastern region branch offices to expedite site surveys for MOD estimates and proposals using Otis Model Products (HydroAccel / RM-AC Geared / G2M)

  • Follow up with on and off portfolio customers who have been contacted by an Otis digital campaign.

  • Eastern Region prime contact for HubSpot MOD Leads from and Social Media site requests. Responsible for making sure the leads are followed up and closed in LINX.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in relevant work experience

  • Excellent customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers/situations

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as attention to detail and the ability to follow standard processes and procedures

  • Must be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

  • Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage simultaneous projects and responsibilities with minimal oversight

  • Prior technical sales experience with knowledge of elevator industry preferred
