SUMMARY: Patrick Motor Group is seeking to fill several full-time permanent BDC Call Center positions in Auburn who will be the customers\' first point of contact by answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. This position will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records. DUTIES: \ Manage incoming leads via phone, email, and website inquiries \ Schedule appointments for the sales teams \ Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction \ Communicate with sales consultants and sales managers to ensure customer needs are met \ Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times \ Meet and exceed performance metrics REQUIREMENTS: \ High School Diploma/GED \ Min. age 18 \ Must be energetic, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service \ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment \ Previous experience in a similar role or BDC or call center is preferred but not required \ Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills \ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment \ Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively \ Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays \ Must be able to pass CORI check \ Please apply online at: https://careers.hireology.com/patrickmotorgroup
